In the service process, which is our purpose of activity, we aim to continuously improve and sustain our performance in our services with the awareness of continuity of quality, protection of the environment and efficient use of energy.

To make improvements for continuous development, to follow their implementation and results,
Conducting risk analyses in all processes and increasing energy performance values,
To organise training activities to increase employee awareness,
To continuously improve, document, announce to all units, review and update our management systems performance,
To continue our work in co-operation with our stakeholders in line with mutual benefits,
