The second ‘Vocational Education Summit’ meeting, organised in cooperation with İzmir Atatürk Organised Industrial Zone and Milliyet Newspaper, was held in the conference hall of Private İzmir Atatürk Organised Industrial Zone Nedim Uysal Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School.

Within the scope of the summit, where Milliyet Newspaper Editor-in-Chief Özay Şendir and Cem İnam, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of İzmir Atatürk Organised Industrial Zone, made opening speeches, sector representatives discussed the problems and shared their opinions for more qualified education. 

In the first session with Abbas Güçlü as the moderator of the summit, Mehmet Fatih Uysal, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Norm Holding, Tamer Taşkın, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Petrofer, and Levent Kocagül, Vice President of Human Resources of Socar Turkey Refinery and Petrochemical Business Unit, shared their views with the participating students. 

In the second session; Cenk Karace, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Izmir Atatürk Organised Industrial Zone, Mustafa Karabağlı, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Karabağlı Group of Companies, and Sinan Atik, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Atik Metal, gave their opinions with the question ‘More Qualified Vocational Education’.
