Dear Participant

The second “Vocational Education Summit” meeting, led by Milliyet Newspaper and Izmir Atatürk Organized Industrial Zone and moderated by author Abbas Güçlü, will take place on Wednesday, October 9 at the conference hall of the Private Izmir AOSB Nedim Uysal Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School.
  
In the sessions organized within the scope of the summit, which will start with the opening speeches of Özay Şendir, Editor-in-Chief of Milliyet Newspaper, and Cem İnam, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of İzmir Atatürk Organized Industrial Zone, sector representatives will discuss the problems and share their views for 'more qualified vocational education'. 

In the first session; Mehmet Fatih Uysal, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Norm Holding, Tamer Taşkın, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Petrofer and Levent Kocagül, Vice President of Human Resources of Socar Turkey Refinery and Petrochemical Business Unit; in the second session; Cenk Karace, Chairman of the Board of Directors of İzmir Atatürk Organized Industrial Zone, Mustafa Karabağlı, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Karabağlı Group of Companies and Sinan Atik, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Atik Metal will take part. Students will also participate in the summit, which seeks to answer the question “What kind of Vocational Education?”.
