          As a result of the decision taken at the Board of Directors meeting of our Board of Directors dated 30.04.2024 and numbered 54/10, as of 1 June 2024, the Reactive Energy Fee refunds to our valued participants are made according to the Reactive Energy Tariff (Article 5) D- paragraph of the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA) board decision dated 08.01.2004 and numbered 284/2.

According to this situation;  
As stated in Article 14 of the Second Section - Reactive Energy Tariff of the ‘Principles and Procedures Regarding the Tariff Implementation of the Distribution Licence Holder NON-PROFIT ENTITIES and DUTY SUPPLY COMPANIES’ published in the Official Gazette dated 31/12/2015 and numbered 29579: ‘ Customers with an installed capacity of less than 50 kVA are liable to pay a reactive energy consumption fee if they consume inductive reactive energy in excess of thirty-three percent of the amount of active energy they draw or if they provide capacitive reactive energy in excess of twenty percent of the amount of active energy; those with an installed capacity of 50 kVA and above are liable to pay a reactive energy consumption fee if they consume inductive reactive energy in excess of twenty percent of the amount of active energy they draw or if they provide capacitive reactive energy to the system in excess of fifteen percent of the amount of active energy. ‘ provision is included and expressed.

In order for the reactive energies (withdrawn and given to the system) to remain within the regulation limits, your compensation system must be operated well and the controls must be carried out continuously and regularly. 

In order to make the controls healthier, the electricity meters based on the invoice can be seen through the Automatic Meter Reading System (OSOS). You can make a request for meter user names and passwords by contacting our ‘Electricity Operation Directorate’.
