In the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (‘KVKK’), personal data owners (hereinafter referred to as ‘Applicant’), who are defined as the person concerned, are entitled to make certain requests regarding the processing of their personal data in Article 11 of the KVKK.
 
Pursuant to the first paragraph of Article 13 of the LPPD; applications to be made to IAOSB, the data controller, regarding these rights must be submitted to us in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (‘Board’).
 

In this context, applications to be made to IAOSB ‘in writing’ shall be made by printing out this form;

  1. With the personal application of the Applicant,
  2. Through a notary public,
  3. Signed by the Applicant with the ‘secure electronic signature’ defined in the Electronic Signature Law No. 5070 and sent to the IAOSB registered e-mail address,
  4. By filling out the application form and sending it by e-mail to iaosb@iaosb.org.tr e-mail address using mobile signature or the e-mail address previously notified to the data controller by the data subject and registered in the system of the data controller,can be forwarded to us. 

Below, information on how written applications will be delivered to us is given specific to the written application channels.
 

In addition, after the other methods to be determined by the Board are announced, we will announce how the applications will be received through these methods.

Pursuant to paragraph 2 of Article 13 of the KVKK, your applications submitted to us will be responded within thirty days from the date of receipt of your request, depending on the nature of the request. Our responses will be delivered to you in writing or electronically in accordance with the provision of Article 13 of the relevant KVKK.
