IAOSB Polyclinic: In our region, there is a fully equipped, modern health institution where specialised and general practitioner doctors work, established with the facilities of IAOSB. The facility also provides health services to Çiğli and the neighbourhood.

Fire Brigade: The Fire Brigade of Izmir Metropolitan Municipality provides 24/7 service in the building allocated to them in our zone.

Sports Complex: In order to enable the participants and employees of our region to spend their non-working hours resting and doing sports, a Sports Complex has been established on an area of 45 thousand square metres in our region. In the complex; there are 2 artificial turf mini football fields of 1125 m2, 2 acrylic coated tennis courts, 2 basketball and volleyball courts.

Social facilities: In order to meet the other needs of our participants, there are 11 bank branches, PTT, police station, mosque, restaurant and two petrol stations in our region.

Nursery: The IAOSB Nursery, which was built in order to provide pre-school education for the children of the employees of the companies in our zone by taking care of them in the best and appropriate conditions, has been in service since the beginning of 2006.

Regional roads: After the completion of natural gas, drinking water, electricity cable infrastructure and SCADA system infrastructure works in our zone, all of our 40 km roads were covered with asphalt over concrete in order to increase the quality of transport and ensure regular traffic flow. In order to prevent traffic accidents, a signalisation system has been installed at busy junctions.

Truck park: A truck park was established in the south of our region in order to prevent traffic problems caused by the waiting of trucks and lorries bringing goods to and from our region in front of the factory.  In the Truck Park, where transport vehicles can park and wait safely, a cafeteria serves to meet the social needs of vehicle drivers.

Vehicle weighbridge: In order to ensure that the loads carried by the vehicles bringing goods to the companies of our participants are weighed in a short time, a Vehicle Scale was established in our region in line with the needs of our participants.

Private employment office: Within the Zone, our Private Employment Office provides services in order to meet the needs of the industrialists in the desired qualifications without paying any fee.
