Recently, the problems arising from the electrical infrastructure failures of our participants in their own parcels affect the IAOSB Electricity Distribution Network and cause serious fluctuations and the production of many affected facilities is disrupted. In this case, it is maximally aimed to detect such malfunctions that may be caused by our participants before the malfunction occurs.

For this reason, in order to support our participants technically, IAOSB Electricity Operation Directorate will start to provide support limited to control, on-site observation and opinion reporting.

We would like to remind you that the support to be given only by saying suggestions, especially in terms of making the electrical infrastructure suitable, should be taken into consideration by our participants and the infrastructure and facilities should be kept under the constant control of authorised and Expert Electrical Engineers and that you, our participants, are responsible for all transactions to be made, and we wish our participants who want to benefit from these observations and suggestions to contact our personnel whose names are written below.
