T.C. Ministry of Industry and Technology, General Directorate of Industrial Zones, Turkey Organised Industrial Zones Project, Izmir Atatürk Organised Industrial Zone Directorate Waste Water Recovery and Reuse Facility Design and Construction Work Project, which was started to be constructed within the scope of the project, field work continues.

Within the scope of this work, the wastewater, which is treated from our Treatment Plant and discharged outside the region in accordance with all relevant legislation, will be passed through a separate process again and delivered to our participants through a separate pipeline. 

The pre-feasibility calculations made for the use of the water in question within the Region were made by taking into account the water flow rates and intended use. 

Therefore, considering the very high investment costs, it is very clear that the supply of water to parcels that currently use little water for process and/or daily use and do not need the water in question will bring a serious burden to the region.

For this reason, in accordance with the decision taken at the meeting of our Board of Directors dated 12.09.2024 and numbered 71/10, it has been decided not to build the line in question to the Small Parcels section of our region, almost all of which use less than 100 m3 / month and have very little demand.
