In the Official Gazette numbered 32563, which was published on 05.09.2024 and entered into force, some amendments were made to the Organised Industrial Zones Implementation Regulation. 

In line with the decision taken at our IAOSB Extraordinary General Assembly meeting held on 26 September 2024 after the published new OIZ Implementation Regulation; All invoices to be collected from IAOSB participants and tenants, infrastructure participation fees, operating fees, electricity, water, wastewater, natural gas, service fees and land sales etc. The principles regarding the sanctions to be applied in case of delay in the collection of the fees have been redefined. 

According to our General Assembly decision; As of 01 October 2024, 6.75% monthly delay interest, which is one and a half times the delay interest rate in Article 51 of the Law No. 6183, will be applied to all debts that are not paid on the last payment date as of 01 October 2024, in accordance with Article 59 of the OIZ Implementation Regulation amended on 05.09.2024.
